How Did It Feel to Unplug This Weekend?

We want to hear how your unplugged weekend went—whether you participated in the National Day of Unplugging or just managed to resist the siren call of your phone once or twice.

I didn’t really commit to unplugging, so my own results were underwhelming. I did plug my phone in to charge in another room for most of Saturday, and when I took a fitness class I made sure to leave my phone in my locker. (You walk into the room and everybody waiting for the instructor is just sitting on the floor looking down at their phone. I’m fairly addicted to tech and even I think this is weird.)

So how did the weekend go for you? Did ditching devices before bedtime help you get used to the time change? Were there any unexpected benefits of setting your phone aside for a bit? Did you maybe even (shudder) leave the house without it?

And now that we’re back to the digital world, does anything feel different? Any feelings or habits you’d like to recreate on the regular, or are you just happy to have your phone back?
